SUPPLIER REVIEWS

This is by no means intended to be a definitive guide. The links and reviews below are purely based on my experiences of the suppliers and my personal impressions of the quality of their product. If you are unsure about ordering in large quantities then order a small sample to test yourself in your particular application.

Why order from these suppliers?
If you have ever bought supplies from a craft shop and not been satisfied with the quality, then you need no more explanation than that! By ordering your supplies from a reputable company who specialises in candlemaking equipment you can be sure that you are purchasing something that has not only been tested by the supplier, but used by thousands of other candlemakers around the world. The simple answer is quality. The links below are to the suppliers I use to make my own handpoured candles and my customers are worth nothing but the best!

If you live outside of the USA and are ordering from a US supplier, please remember that as well as airmail freight costs which can be as much as the order itself, you will also be liable to pay import tax and customs duty on the products you order. This is certainly true in the UK and for other countries I recommend contacting your customs office for details on whether you will be liable. It is usually around 20% of the value of your order. This combined with postage can add a lot to the cost of your supplies, so keep this in mind.
